what does the e90 inline 6 engine look like without the plastic engine cover?

it looks like a bmw engine w/o a cover j/k. Actually there is a picture on here where a member took off the top plastice cover. I just don't know how to search for photo since photo does not have any names/texts associate with it.

Its definitely angled/lifting on one side. I have compared it with others' E90s...it was like that from the very first day. Once again, your excellent DIY will finally help put that daily minor annoyance to sleep
