Best Bang for the Buck mod for E90 325i?

Are their any S/C's out for it?

What, with a few grand, can really give a E90 325i a noticeable power increase?

I'm asking for a friend, so if you want to give me links, or suggestions- feel free.

sc, super charger? i dont know if chips are out yet but chips offer good power bost without much cost. powerchips run 1000-1500.
