Mounting and Balancing Advice
Fellas-
Hello from Kuwait now...I've moved south for a few weeks in my transition home to meet my new girl, but don't think she'll be on island until late Feb now Anyway, for lack of a better place, I emailed Lex Brodie to see about getting tires put on my new wheels, and the President personally replied and said he'd look for tires, but that I'd have to sign a waiver because they might scratch the wheels. I looked in the very helpful thread with all our options for doing crap with our Ms, but did not see anything about a good tire and wheel place (if I missed it, apologies). Can anyone recommend any good places to take our cars that work specifically with high end products and guarantee their work? Thanks in advanced fellas. g

actually they weren't even that good. when i had my honda, i had them replace the tires on my rims. they scratched the wheels. i guess i'll have to find a place too when it's time to replace my tires.

Check out Hawaiian Tire in Aiea. Very professional and and friendly staff I have had a few of sets of tire mounted there to include my Iforged wheels with no scratches.

Hawaiian Tire or Island Brake & Alignment which is in the same complex. I've been taking my cars to those places for years and never been disappointed. The owner of Island Brake & Alignment has a slightly modded E34 or E39. For tires, I would favor Hawaiian Tire though.
