From first start in the morning my 320d it is very! awkward to select reverse gear to get me off the drive, is this normal its a 2005 with 100k miles, after i set off the gear changes get better and what i consider good, but like i say that first selection is scary i struggle to get the lever across into position? any one else have this problem??
