I am upgrading to custom made titinium DP. I know the weight saving is not a lot, only 4-5 lb lighter than the AR stainless steel, but I would still like to upgrade with a limited cost.

I am not sure about the installation charge. I think Renus is installing his AR DP very soon. He might know the cost. It is a tough task to install the DP, it may take 3-4 hrs for an experienced technican. I think the cost is around HK$1000.

I'm well aware that, Renus is going to install the DP and whilst, I was wondering why he didn't get yours?? God damn me, I already bought mine in the US for a customs made Titinium DP and if you throw the offer earlier, I won't be moving to the extreme customs Titinium DP solution, as once for all dead end to myself!!

I know thoe die hard green peace people will definitely kill me with this statement being rolled out in the public but Kale Lam, it is a heaven and hell difference after you changed for a cattless DP!! The turbo will spin like hell like a money getting out from the cage........The DP effect is even more noticeable than putting a chip in yr 335!! Then, it is yr call to release the monkey or not, my friend?? However, don't de-cat the mid pipe while the bass of the cattless mid-pipe can be very annoying especially when the car is on traffic jam.....

For stock car, I would say at least a 20-30hp increase. With Procede V3 tuned, I would say 60-80hp increase. The stock DP with catalysis converter has a lot of restriction on exhaust air flow out of the turbo. No restriction DP help the turbo spool faster and therefore increase hp most directly. below is a picture comparing the stock and AR. I think the DP + V3 combination has the lowest $/hp value for our 335 engine. It has a really big difference after installing both parts.

MM, I'm sure the AR DP offered by PVhui is definitely a RHD version or else, the LHD just won't fit due to the 02 sims will definitely blocking the steering wheel pump due to LHD/RHD has different 02 sims positioning! In fact, AR cannot be wrong as one the most popular DP in the States!

PVhui, Mine is around the price but sent to HK and in fact, I have to wait for the tuner generated substantial orders so that, he will use his CNC to do the customs made DP whereby, I have waited for 2-3 months to get it, as you may heard from Renus!! I wil be doing the installation later today w/ those M3 suspension parts I ordered fm HP!! However, I will hold for the Pulley installation just to find out the differencee of power gain one by one!! With the new version of JB3 2.0 version of chip, I have a friend who installed everything with the Cattless setting and he told me, his AD08 screaming like hell if he pressed the gas pedal hard for sudden acceleration in his E91 335....let's wait and see if it happened to my case!

If the total number of 335 owner in HK who interested in buying custom made DP is more than 5, the exhaust factory can lower the price to: HK$2300 for stainless steel, HK$5200 for titinium. Let see if we have enough people for group buy!!

I doubt it the numbers of 335 freaks are good enough for group buy while not many ppl are interested for going to extreme in heading to the Cattless alternative like you, me and Renus........My own 335 gangs in HK already did the Cattless setting when I'm the last one to join the club from last July!! You can give it a try but the chance to achieve group buy is low, just my 02 cents!! Anyway, I already got mine arrived few days ago but just waiting for installation done by my friendly garage........

For the group buy DP, they will be made in China. For my used AR DP, it is claimed to be made in USA. Both China made and US made DP will be 100% fit on E92 or E93 with same material, SUS304. Used original AR DP is HK$2800 and new China made DP is HK$2300.

Titanium rules.
Can you get some sound clip of your car.

I don't remember it much since I was in the car during our last meet.

Just checked the part numbers of both RHD and LHD
They are the same!
No difference in placement of the O2 sims what I can see from BMW OEM part catalog!

So it's a Clear GO fo all!

My AR DP for sure fit on Hong Kong RHD car. It was installed on my car before. I will go to the exhaust factory on coming Saturday and check where the steering wheel pump is. I will try to take some picture if possible.
Heartware, is it possible for you to check where the steering wheel pump is on a LHD car?

The Ti Dp is still under development. We still have a technical problem on bending the Ti tube with 1.5mm thickness. However, the copy version of AR Stainless steel is ready for production. We use the same material thickness as the AR DP and will 100% fit on our E92 or E93.

I also put on the AR design DP with 200cells cats ... mine doesnt really fit when I first put on, the 2 cats are too close that I can hardly bolt on the DP with the connecting pipes. I need to cut and redo on one end of the pipe in order to fit but is still acceptable to me. Since yours are catless, so I guess my problem wont exist in your case. If I am not wrong, the AR design DP is universal for LHD or RHD ... there will be hole for you to put on the O2 sensor. But one problem anyone would encounter is the check engine light after u changed the DP, u need an O2 simulator in order to get rid of the series of fault codes, in extreme case, safe mode may happen too! It happens to me a few times before I had the O2 sim. It is very annoying.

I doubt it has 20hps gain with the DP itself, unless u change the whole exhaust system otherwise gain is minimal.
