I would disagree with the title, the modded E90's on this board are classy and beautiful

whereas Xzibit's pimped rides are ghetto-ass looking

but have any of you wondered the logic of putting in tens of thousand dollars worth of a/v equipment in cars whose owners usually, if not all, live in the really seedy area of their town?

+1, i dislike that show, its shouldn't even be considered as modding a vehicle, all they do is add big huge chrome spinner wheels and lots of lcd screens in the car and hundreds of pounds worth of sound equipment, i think they're decreasing the performance of the cars by adding so much weight alone

That show pimp my ride is a joke, if they actually mod my car like that, I would beat their ass instead of screaming with excitment

...Overhaul on the other hand is a much better show...

Yeah, I take the point - the show is pimping crap cars, we're not doing quite the same but you get my drift - just want to see a thread of beautiful modded cars and see who's is the most outrageous really!

agree that deisel007 and longtran's cars loook freakin' good but if ur after pimped up rides

there was that indonesian one with the pimp ploshed HRE 20's and the airbag suspension....found it, erick's car:

also kanimayo's AW with kersher and the bbs

yummm sex on wheels, i'm liking the AW with kersher...might have to rob a bank so i can get one

I do like that show on the Speed Channel, "Unique Whips." Its some other shop on the west coast. They dont do weird things like put tv's on your flatbed covering a fish tank...

i used to watch it but they put a BMW front clip on an old ford car one time. and i lost all of my respect. they did it on national TV. i could not believe it. they also put too much weight on cars and not even bother to replace the engine. that is so dumb.
