wow love the pics buddy!

How was the experience there? I'm actually thinking about taking the delivery down there but i'm afraid to drive the car all the way back to PA (Rock chips, Break-in,etc..) The rock chips can be dealt with though with Blue Painters tape, but the break-in period is what worries me, risk of breaking the pistons in at one spot i think?

let me tell you: 1st: we get on a curvy road course, they didn't have the 335 there yet to test so we all drove 330i's and they encourage you to ride the car hard - in and out of cones zipping through the turns. 2nd: we go on a skid course (1/2 wet, 1/2 dry) and we get the car up to 50 mph and stomp on the brakes to help understand the ABS system. 3rd: went on an oval wet track and did consecutive 360's with the DTS off then on to understand how it works. for kicks: we went out in an M5 and must have hit 100mph sliding around a wet track...awesome.
BTW, was just in pittsburgh last weekend - go steelers.

i love it. i opted for the paddle shifters as well. that, along with the 'kick down' mode, makes it really fun to drive. feels as close to a stick i think as possible without the clutch.
