well then get it for the seats.
all E92's have the sport suspension standard, so that doesn't make a difference; but the seats do. If you plan on spending any extended periods of time behind the wheel, the seats are a must.

my 335i does not come with sport package, but it has CREAM DAKODA LEATHER which is awsome. IMHO, 18inch rims are not as good looking as the 19inches. So sport package is useless if u plan to get bigger rims

ZSP Sport Package
Includes 18" x 8" front and 18" x 8.5" rear Star Spoke (style 189) alloy wheels with 225/40WR18 front and 255/35WR18 rear run-flat performance tires, 155 mph top speed limiter and 8-way power front sport seats with power adjustable backrest width and 2-way manual headrests and thigh support. (The 155 mph top speed limiter replaces the standard 130 mph limiter.) That's for the EE92 335i. I believe the ZSP on the other models adds sports suspension. According to Edmunds.com (could be wrong), ZSP on the 335i Sedan adds sports suspension. I'm not sure if it's correct for the 335i Sedan, but the 330 and down the ZSP adds sports suspension. |

I have the standard seats and they are very comfortable in short AND long trips. But I would consider ZSP because the wheels look a lot better IMHO.
