Milltek exhaust for 335i in development

Dont know if anyone has seen this. I did a search, nothing came up

Im wondering how it will sound. Ive heard their exhaust on an RS4 and it was amazing. Lets hope the same is true for our 6 cyl.

so the dyno... is that at the crank or what. looks like alot at the wheels if it is at the wheels. if not... this settles the argument about powertrain loss and advertised hp and blablabla

looks like 13% loss approx?

Not for just the exhaust. All of these exhausts coming out provide and extra 10-15 Hp/Tq

I want to hear how it sounds

That has to be at the crank. Stock at the wheels it does between 275-285hp and unless it has an Xede in it, that is not at the wheels.

Hi Folks,

I actually do have the production exhaust on my car and will take some pictures tommorow.

Incase you are wondering we do have dyno charts from Milltek. These power are measured at the wheels.

Here is stock :

After the exhaust has been installed

Nice. I'm assuming that the "cat replacement pipes" are cat-less downpipes? Any idea how much they cost? I would also like to hear a sound clip without the cats. I'm assuming that you can simply run a mechanical o2 sensor to fool the computer like any other car, right? Thanks.

More pictures!!

The product seems great. I'd like to see better photos showing the product upclose. I need to see the finish of the mufflers and its tips. You don't have any of that either on the website or here! Seems like a great price/performance ratio, so a recommended addition to the car though. :rocks:
