Project 335i Hits the Dyno
258hp 290tq!! This was done on a mustang awd 500 dyno. Our dyno typically reads low. So a really impressive torque number. Dynoed the car with approx 510 miles on it. I was definitely impressed with the torque number. No idea why its showing so high. We made six pulls and took the best overall graph. Next week the exhaust is getting test fit. Should be exciting. Broke it in with about 250 miles of easy driving sub 4000, light throttle. Next 250 miles brought the rpm range up another 1500. Did some full rpm runs. The car saw limited abuse till it made it to the dyno.
The exhaust we are doing will be full stainless 2.5 inch piping using similar canister to the m3 exhaust that was done. True Dual system, right now we are testing with and without the x-pipe. http://www.agency-power.com/catalog/...roducts_id/204 We should have the header and downpipes done in about 3 weeks, I can already tell they are restrictive. The key is keeping that torque we all love though while adding some good power once the software is installed. Thanks, Rob Rohn Vivid Racing 480-966-3040 ext 227 |
