yes, but you need to order a microphone with the phone unit, and you need the dealer to program the car

I'm thinking about the parrot+connect2 kit.
http://www.fitbluetooth.co.uk/files/details.php?id=184 It works out to about $350. Has full steering wheel functions. All internal parts. no programing needed and more compatible with different phones. Can't seem to find install instructiosn though. |

It was too good to be true, until I saw this: NOT SUITABLE FOR VEHICLES WITH FIBRE-OPTIC AMPLIFIERS

I know, there must be a reason for a half price product, or maybe not... do you know anyone using their product?

I checked with my dealer and they said if you didn't order the BMW assist then you are not pre-wired for bluetooth in Canada on the 335i. They checked and told me $4K to buy all the parts and enable it. A salesperson even verified i don't have it right now. If you have got bluetooth running for less than $1K in your car can you please tell me what you had to buy so i can tell my dealer? |

http://www.bimmernav.com/~bimmerna/s...7cb193e5d7cfc8 scroll down to the drop boxes and choose your car model, order the unit at $650 and the microphone at $55, I did not order the snap in adaptor, I always keep my phone in my pocket... my guess is BMW should not charge more than 2 hours to put it in and do the set-up, I was there "helping" the technician when they did it and it took 2 hours total. The car IS pre-wired for bluetooth, plug is there for the microphone, button on the steering wheel work perfect, fiber optic plug is waiting to be connected on the blutooth unit in the trunk, and another one under the driver feets hope this help
