Step 1:find a cheap set of wheels in the classifieds, negotiate price, go meet halfway to pick the wheels up, bring them home and take pics in your living room

Step 2: Buy some aircraft stripper to remove all paint and clearcoat

Step 3: grab some sandpaper and polish until you are bleeding from your fingers and you no longer have finger prints.

the end

Aircraft stripper - 5$
Paint brush to apply stripper - 1$
4 packs of sand paper @ 2.50 a pack - 10$
1 can of gold paint (optional)- 1$

Total cost - $17
