Looks pretty reasonable to me. Good spec. and the maintenance pack. Ok the new 3.0d engine is out but matters not, that's what re-maps are for.

Depends, have you got a trade in, is it a cash deal or finance?

Whichever, I'd concentrate less on the actual ticket price to a degree and go for things like get them to MOT the car, give a FULL extended BMW warranty, tax it and see if they'll throw in tyre insurance, oh and a full tank of diesel. Alot depends on their recent/current sales figures, how much stock they have to shift and how much they 'have in' that particular car.

Ultimately, even if you have a trade in, as long as you're happy with the overall deal and say price to change if applicable, then that's all that matters imo.

Love those wheels btw, had them on my E92 335d.

Edit: Make sure it's got the proper BMW floor mats in and if not make that part of the deal.

good deal. got mine for a similar price but this one has about 4 items more. mines a 56 plate so is this. u will b road taxed on the older £400 band class, just to let u know, so see how many months left on that and negotiate further.

I don't wish to rain on your parade, but this is standard on any new BMW Approved Used Car.

Don't let them fool you into thinking this is a freebie to sweeten the deal.

Under no circumstances take the "BMW Seal & Protect" from them as part of a deal sweetener. Unless of course they have prepared you car to "new" condition before applying.

I've never actually bought a BMW that was close to needing a MOT but re. the warranty, is that a full BMW manufacturers warranty covering rattles, squeaks all labour costs etc?
