Man... you are 3 months short of a year and already drove 3k miles over your 1 year limit.. That is a tough sell...You are better off parking the car for the next 6 months and then trying to swapalease. Because no one wants a car that is short on miles... especially since they will have to pay the penalty if it goes over.

Even if you are getting 12,000 a year, the person who takes over your lease is paying for 15,000 a year, but will not be able to do that.
You will need to provide an incentive, because if not, the person will be paying for your miles while you drove the car. No one wants to do that. Offer $500 cash for the person to buy the 3,000 extra miles from BMWUSA.
