switching from sport springs to oem suspension
Hi, i was just wondering if swicching from oem sport suspension to installing h&r sport springs back and forth is bad for your car. For instance, i want to install my h&r sport springs for summer use and go back to my oem sport suspension springs for teh winters for some light snow driving. is this bad for my suspension? sorry about the lack of knowledge behind this question, but i honetsly dont know too well about car suspension. Also, is it ok to install the sport springs without a camber kit and on stock shocks? is there anything i should get to protect my car? thanks in advance for the help.

Wow that seems to be a great way to spend a lot of money and a great way to go through lot of trouble~~~ Why don't you just get a set of coliovers and so you can adjust the ride hight with a lot less efforts. I know they are more expensive, but hey you pay for what you get man~~~

You are going to wear out all the fasteners. Opening and re-torqueing those bolts a few times will be enough, and then you will have to replace all the fasteners.
Get some C/O's. It'll be a WAY better ride than the H&R will give, and you get the height adjustability. matt |

Coilovers are the way to go, but .... rear perches are usually a bitch to adjust. And then, if you're going to do it right you need to have it corner balanced each time the height is adjusted so that you're not hobby horsing.

well, you're compare apple to orange..good c/o is thousand times better then just springs along, they're design to do what they do best..perform. Now if you're comparing the same spring ad $1200 difference then it's a different story

too much work involved in switching back and fourth. you're better off getting a set of coil-overs.
