I was going to suggest buying them from Tirerack.com
But I see you're over the river and I'm guessing you want to buy in Michigan to avoid shipping to Canada.

I know Erhard BMW and Ann Arbor BMW have winter wheel/tire combos in stock. Mine was ~$1450 with TPMS. A little higher than tire rack, but I got to see them before buying.
