H&R coilovers

I know some think they are junk, but I found a new set for $800. are they that bad? I was planning on buying koni struts and h&r springs until these popped up.

You'd be better off going with Koni struts/shocks that allow you to adjust the rebounds, and either Eibach springs or H&R springs. I tried both Eibach springs and H&R springs on my '04 3.0i, and would go with the Eibach's. The H&R's absolutely slammed the car and I bottomed out everywhere I went. The H&R springs' drop was more than what they advertised.
