Bridgestone Potenza?

Does anyone know what the difference is between the Bridgestone Potenza RE050A II RFT and the RE050A RFT?

nothing..they are both RFTs

Not quite. One is first generation RFT, the other is second generation.

Obviously the second-gen ones are better, though still not nearly perfect. Third-gen RFTs from Bridgestone are due out fairly soon, which (supposedly) fix many issues and are a dramatic improvement over the first and second generation tires.

The Potenza RFT II are really harsh horrible tyres. I can't imagine the first generation could have been much worse.
