Lowering problems with H&R Coilovers

Hi
I have H&R Springs on car till I install H&R coilovers.Front drop is just perfect but problems on lowering rear.No problem on shocks.Problem is at lowering adjuster part on springs.When we adjust lowest range and put on the car, car is high as standart car setup.We try install springs without adjuster but car is too low to rub tires to fenders. What can I do now??

This is the adjuster part and lowering on front...

do the instructions give you a diagram of how the rears are supposed to be installed? did you try adjusting them the opposite way to see if they raise or lower the car?
