Why does he need to get a replacement from Helix or FedEx?

Sounds like the FMIC is damaged.

This was an old post. I have the intercooler reserved for you. Long story short, I purchased an intercooler from Helix, never opened it and set it aside to sell b/c I decided to not install it. I met with dahdout to sell it to him and at that point we opened the box together to discover the intercooler was damaged.

I have a claim with fedex right now and Helix has been helping me. The package was picked up by fedex on tuesday.
