Arrow UK Groupbuy: Blackines or short-shift or Aluminium pedals

I was talking to Chris (Chris33) at UK2 & we had a good chat about sorting out a groupbuy for the blackline tail lights & the short shift knob.

I think Chris get's on so well with his dealer, he'll probably be able to sort some sort of discount for just a single order!

However, if we can sort out some proper numbers, then I expect Chris can arrange a larger discount.

So, please can you use the poll to say what item you would be interested in buying.

If there's anything else you think should be included as a groupbuy, then please post here to say so.

Thanks.

Viv

You don't mean the PMs like this one, do you MF?

HTML Code:
Paul,

I just saw the photo of you with the bra on at the UK2 meeting, in the grounds of
Belvoir Castle.

I'd just like to take this opportunity to thank the photographer, Matt.

Without his photo, I'd never have known what you were really like.

As for going out next week-end, you can think again.

I don't fancy any boyfriend of mine stealing my bras for his own BMW fetishes.

Good-bye.

Yours shockingly,

Idona Liku

BTW- my friend is called Theeko & she might be interested to meet you, as long as you keep
the bra on- she's in Club Teets most Friday nights- she's not interested in you at all,
but wants to know where you got that great bra from.

I don't think my shifter can get any shorter (insert whatever double entendre you like here).

but ... I think I would fancy doing the blacklines.

I'm also planning to put on the aluminium pedals at some point so if any one is interested in a groub buy of those it might help.

I would be interested the the pedals.

I was considering getting them, so this will be a good oppertunity.

Viv, can you add these to the group buy?

Chris, I can't alter the poll to add new selections, so I've PMed the Admins to get them to do it.

All the best.

Viv

EDIT: Mark (one of the Admins) has amended the poll, so you can choose the pedals now!

I've just contacted BMW.

The retail price of the pedals is £79.95 for the manual or auto.

Because the prices they are quoting are in Pounds Sterling which means the items cost nearly twice that in dollars.

Unfortunately, the poll had to be edited by one of the Admins, so anyone who has already voted cannot currently change their choice(s).

I'll PM Mark again to see if it can be reset.

That bikini top is a classic Paul- only one was ever made, mainly because nobody else would buy or use it (except perhaps your new acquaintance- Theeko!)

Viv

EDIT: You should now be able to re-enter your choices from scratch! (Thanks Mark!)

These guys have the pedal kit at £60 plus VAT (£70.50)

http://www.bmwmstyle.co.uk

They also have the blacklines for £185 plus VAT (£217.38)

Whippersnapper has a point that there is more to be saved on the blacklines, but I recall that other UK2 attendees paid a lot less tham £217.38 for their kit.

Ebay is sadly sans blacklines right now.

Yes, I paid just short of £120 for my blacklines from a German BMW dealer on ebay. There were a number of German dealers selling on ebay at the time.

Depending on the number of members who want to purchase the black lines, I hoping to get them for £120.00ish.

I will discuss my discount on the pedals and shortshift once I have the number of members who wish to purchase them.

I think we will all do alright out of it though

I've found some blacklines on ebay now:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BMW-3-E90-OEM-...QQcmdZViewItem

If Chris can do better then on a group buy then that would be great.

There are also a few people selling 'm' or 'acs' pedal kits:

I haven't seen the OEM one without the m badge though which would be my preference.
