Got a cold and need advice

Going mountain biking tomorrow and have the start of man flu, sore throat, feel tired etc.

Anyone know of any quick fixes to help me to feel better.

A curry (very hot) a few beers and a good nights sleep.

I have not been taking enough preventative measures it seems. Had a curry last night but chicken tikka is not really spicy is it.

Yeah...........have a wank pretending some stunning woman would want you more than any other man then if that doesn't tire you out, you're well fit enough to go mountain biking.

Otherwise buy some supermarket own brand pills for cold symptoms which will relieve the aches and pains and give you the illusion that you feel better.

this man is a genuis, I use this method to get rid of mine but I usually go for the Glenmorangie or Highland park option.

The trouble with my woman is she gets too hot, temperature not sexual action unfortunately and I think she is going to spontaniously combust
