Please keep this thread short, so it's easy to find these directions and the two attached forms.

Please use the attached “car & driver info card” to prepare a half-page sign to go in your car’s windshield at the Bimmer Festivus. We’ll have extra copies at the meet if you forget.

Please use the attached “hold harmless form” to prepare a page you need to sign and give to our people when you arrive to park at Bimmer Festivus. You’ll notice it relates to liability on the part of the Newport on the Levee shopping center where we’re parking.

The Wheel Doctor should be in attendance to resolve your curb rash and other wheel needs; bring money!

Okay, so here is the deal for Hofbrauhaus on Sunday. I will have specific wrist bands for people bringing their cars and attending the event. You must see myself or someone "officially" helping with this event to get a wrist band. This will get you happy hour prices throughout the day on those items deemed "happy hour". If you have questions when you are at Hofbrauhaus I am sure you can ask the manager and at that time as I am sure I will have the details as well. Also Cold Stone Creamy will have an ice cream cart that they will be bringing over to the Levee lot and selling a few different combinations off of. Also I now have Bar Louie at the Levee going to be sending some girls down with drink coupons, etc. This will be a great spot to also eat, drink and watch some football...they have lots of TV's!! Gameworks will be having some sort of special for us, but details are still coming. Also we will have a number of people providing services on site.

List of services, etc.

1)The Wheel Doctor - will be in attendance, but will not be doing any work on the spot. He will have cards and information, but again can't and won't be doing wheel repair on the spot. The wheel doctor can pretty much fix any wheel, cosmetic or structural wheel issue.

2)EastSide AutoSpa - will be in attendance and will be available before the event to do on the spot (mobile) car washes, etc.

3)Johnny V's - will be in attendance for custom body work, etc. They obviously won't be doing anything on the spot, but will be there if anyone wants to talk about cosmetic work or damage to their vehicle.

4)There will be a dent removal person on site, this person will be doing dent removal/pops on the spot. So bring cash.

5)Jake Sweeney BMW - will be there for test drives and new car information...please know they will not be looking for and are not concerned with mods!

6)Forgeline Wheels - will be in attendance...they are our "premier" sponsor so please buy some wheels from them!!!

7)UUC Motorwerks - will have items and are a "huge"
sponsor...so buy UUC products!

8)TCKline Racing - will be in attendance and are a sponsor...buy some stuff from them and talk with them about any of their products or BMW's in general.

9)Escort Radar - will be in attendance...buy a radar detector and laser jammer...you won't regret it!

10)Many other services, information, vendors, raffles, giveaways, etc. Buy raffle tickets from us that day! Proceeds will be going to a very needy family, in which I will have information on, for an upcoming benefit for her.

Thanks everyone...I can tell you that we will have a lot
(I am really scared as I feel we could get 150+, and who knows how many past that number?) Please know that I will be arriving early (around 11:30 am) to get things ready, but there is a cancer walk there that morning so please if you arrive before 12 or 1 please be mindful of the walkers and their event.
