Questions for Kersher front end people

Thanks for looking. I just ordered this front end for my '07 335:

In raw form, it looks like this:

There being no instructions included by Kerscher, I have a couple of questions for people who have had this installed:

1) There is a circular hole where the tow hook is. There is a rectangular cover that comes with the car, which has a rectangular hole. I have seen a gaping round hole on some photos of the installed Kerscher front end here. What does my body shop do?

2) There is merely an etched outline where the headlight washers are to be mounted. Is my body shop just supposed to cut a hole there?

3) I ordered BMW foglights from the euro 1er. Is it as simple as splicing the wires and the standard fog switch will work with these lights?

4) What is used to install the mesh grille?

5) Anything else I or my body shop should know before proceeding?

6) How much did your install cost?

Thanks,

Karl

Here are my pics from my Kerscher install. Total cost for the install and paint was <$1200. The kit does come with instructions and a circular cover for the tow hook. Fitment is excellent. I opted not to get the CF splitter, as this front end is loooooow. If you get this kit, MIND steep driveways!
