25th Anniversary Present Ideas

As the title suggests.

Bit stumped as to what to get - most specific things are too cheesy or downright

Would like to keep it silver, as appropriate for the occaison, but really struggling with ideas.

Any thoughts?

Awkward one this, depends how well you know the couple, their likes/dislikes and how much you wish to spend.

If you want to maintain the silver theme do they both drink or perhaps have guests over to their house as I've seen a silver decanter being gratefully received as a silver wedding anniversary present. Or cufflinks for him and a bracelet/necklace for her.

A very non silver theme that went down well was friends clubbed together and paid for a long weekend away in Europe for the couple who had previously not really had time away together because of work/children committments.

Wasn't expecting that lol........small separate gifts each then perhaps.

Maybe that's the secret of a long marriage, not being in each others company too long.......worked for my parents.
