Anyone ever had one?
any good? old man has had his CLS350 a while now (wanted a 500 originally). He now fancies a amg one!! 470HP+ i believe, but do they ''float'' less than a regular merc?

is it a better more sportier drive than the norma cooking models.
His CLS is like a boat. Lovely car! Very comfortable also. Just wondering if the AMG is much sportier, no doubt and Autobahn monster killer but what about the twisties

I test drove one a while back, ride was rather firm actually specially with the selectable suspension settings... bloody beast of a machine though, evil torque.

The ride is fine, sporty but not M Class. Performance wise it'll be a good step on from your D (mid to high 12s 1/4 depe on driver). Take it too a stage 1 (crank pulley, water pump pully, remap) like I'll be doing with mine and you'll have inexcess of 550bhp (some see 570bhp-80bhp) and equal amounts of torque. Expect the 1/4 in low12s-mid to high 11s..........laugh at M5's..... Jules |

Hi mate, it aint for me it for my old chap. Yeah i rekon it will do mid to high 12's stock at over 110mph. He likes the 350 which he has at the moment but the AMG has caught his eye. Is this what your getting to Jules?
