Looks nice. I used clear contact paper on mine to give the logo an etched look -

And at night -

Thanks for the idea. This is the car I copied.
Parts:
1. 4 foot piece of alum 1/4" channel
2. 24 by 18 piece of clear plastic
3. I used a piece of leather fabric wrapping a small area that slips into the channels. about a inch long at each channel location. Cut and used 3M spray glue to hold in place.

Used 3M molding tape to stick the channels on. I set the channels just behind the seams on the roll bar covers to get a better adhesion

Just returned from 1200 mile top down trip. Works great, no rattles. My Z4 decal is material I used to strip car.

How did you cut the lexan/plexiglass?

Is it lexan or plexiglass?

Good morning,
Take the 4 foot piece of channel and using a foot, step on one end a pull the other end in a upward direction. After locating the proper section for the curve you need. Use a hack saw cut it to lenght, cutting bevels on each of the corners. File sooth and

yeah,,i love it..very neatly done..i just hope the glass is as tough as a bug shield to handle the wind pressure.,

It is 1/4" plastic. I have had it at the century mark plus (more than once) and haven't made a adjustment so far.
Side note: I have found the you have less wind, drivers side down passenger side up.
