Question What's your height and waist size?

Maybe I've packed on a few pounds since my college days, but I'm 6'0, and 170 pounds, but for the life of me, I can't find a pair of Diesel jeans, or any other designer jeans that fit comfortably. It seems like they were made for girls.

I wear 34-36 waist (usually wear 30-32 length), and wear relaxed fit, or loose fit with other brands (GAP, AE, etc).

5'7 and 32/30 jeans.

I'm picky with jeans, some brands are cut different than others. I've only found a couple of brands to actually fit comfortably, Tommy Hilfiger being one of them.

Can you fit into any of the hip designer labels like Diesel and the like?

I haven't tried Diesel, but other brands that I've tried have their "straight leg" fit which is super tight or their "loose fit" which is like a parachute. I usually opt for a relaxed fit or something similar.

Cool

I usually wouldn't either, but it just makes you feel fat.

That same day I was at South Coast Plaza checking out a pair of Diesel jeans and two asian guys tried a 30'' waist pair on, and said, "These are too loose, let's check out the girls jeans."

A friend of mine in college had a guy friend, whom she said wasn't gay, that shopped at Express (for Women), and wore women's jeans. He said they just fit better.

We just said, yea, if you don't want even a little room for your junk.

I'm not a brand name kind of guy. Old Navy jeans are by far the best bang for the bucks jeans.
