THinking of getting it as my current sky+ is playing up

Annoyingly Sky will not for some reason discount it for me, sods law as a friend of mine gets his free.

Any ideas if there are any secret promo codes etc to get it free or with a decennt discount as currently they still want around £80 for it.

I told them I wanted to leave, as the subscription was no good for me without a working box. Got put throught to another department, who tried to persuade me otherwise, and next minute they told me a new box would be sent out.

Just tell them Virgin is cheaper

just tried it best I got was £30 for box and £30 install.

Not bad but matter of principal £30 for someone to come over and plug a cable in I dont think so, will leave it a few days and go back and try again with the faulty box line

Thats not a bad price mate, I pid £50 for the box and a ton for the install. Its well worth it though, as long as you have a decent tv the picture is off the chart

true but then couple of friends got their for £0 dont mind paying for the box but matter of pricinpal I dont want to pay for install. As like last time I had to redo everything anyway as my setup is too complex to cope with the installers minds.
