Are PSS10s easier to adjust than KWv3?

Have it inferred that from something I read here or did I just make it up.

PSS10s are much easier to adjust because they have a built in dampening knob on the base of the shock. However, they are only rebound adjustable, the V3s offer rebound and compression adjustment.
