Hi guys,

Im not a guy who really post up a lot on the forum, but been around for a while.

However, there is something I need to post up to let people know some facts.

Recently just get my car a brain wash, which is ECU flash.

I was a JB+ owner and switch to GIAC flash for couple days.

for the people who are thinking abt this, all I can say is.....GO GET IT.

The power it provides is super smooth but ridiculously fast. The mod beside the flash are AA intercooler, DCI and Borla exhaust.

While I was waiting for my car to be ready, was chatting with Ryne and Nick. They are great people with great knowledge about their products, cars and some jokes. It was nice meeting them.

I apologize for an unprofessional review on the flash, but trust me on this, u will not regreat the moeny u spend on it. No doubt on it.

Regarding to AE Performance crews, definitely the ppl u wanna go to for any performance needs, they are the guy who really know wat they are doing with professional attitude and friednly interpersonal relationship. going back to them again with my new toy soon, Nick u know wat i'm talking abt, keep me posted.

Once again, the GIAC flash is a bless whoever would love to have some extra power with easy installation. AE crew, badass ppl...cnt go wrong with them!

Congrats on the new-found power! How does the GIAC flash compare to the JB+ @ 75% setting? We pretty much have the same mods minus the borla exhaust. I'm leaning towards a flash real soon and the two tunes I'm considering are GIAC stg.1 vs.LET stg.2..both of which ups the boost to a conservative 13.5 psi..I've heard nothing but good things about the LET flash as well and would like to see a head to head comparison.

how much did you pay for the flash. i got a quote today for $891. i think it was 6% tax and 42 dollars for labor, but i hear ppl getting it for like $800. i know $92 aint much but still.

My milage does not change that much actually, i think it doesn really affect ur mileage that much. u definitely should try it out!!!

I would say the power it provides it is a lot smoother than JB+, when I had my Jb+ I still had mayb like a second lag when i really push hard on my car, but with the flash, the response improves quite a lot and almost like right away, i have passanger most of the time...hasn' really tried it just by myself. but even with 1-2 passanger, the reponse is still much quicker than JB+...that is for sure. u should definitely try it out the stage 1. I believe when u upgrate to stage 2 they will only charge the difference between stg 1 and 2.

$800 is just for the flash, i think different shops charge different labor fee on that. u can ask around maybe u can get better price with it.
