Montego blue metallic vs non metallic
Which one would look better? I don't quite understand the difference between metallic and non metallic. Are all the pictures on Montego blue thread are metallic? Which one is more long lasting? Which one will look more sparkling and maintain its color longer?

White, black, and red are non metalic. The rest are metalic. In my opinion metalic paint holds up better agains swirls, small scratches and acid rain. Non metalic are more work, in my opinion.

In metallic paint, looking closely at it you'll see little flecks that 'glitter' (for lack of a better term). Yes, all Montego blue pics are metallic. As to which looks better (metallic vs nonmetallic) it's all a matter of opinion. (I like metallics so that's the only 'right' answer ) And I'd think either metallic/nonmetallic will last as long if cared for and given a quality wax. If you want more info, probably a search in the detailing forum will give you more than enough reading material.
