Car shipping service
Haven't had much success searching, so I figured I'd create a topic: has anyone used a car shipping service to ship a car across the US? I'm buying a car in California and want to get it shipped to NC. Any particular recommendations? Was thinking about using National Transport. Has anyone worked with them before?

never used them, but they seem to be highly recommended on the boards

It's a website where you input your shipping info and transport companies will compete for your business. It also has a built in calculator so you can at least get a ballpark estimate of what shipping your car should cost.

Intercity Lines
I highly recommend Intercity Lines (from Warren MA).
They shipped my E92 from Chicago to LA when I relocated in 2008.
