I snapped a couple of pics from my iPhone when I was there a couple of weeks ago. I did not get the price on any of the parts though.

my biggest beef with carbon fiber hoods are they never line up right, no matter how good the quality.

Really?!? I've had 2 myself & have helped a couple friends align their cf hoods as well. Never had an issue once w/them not lining up evenly. I guess we got lucky, phew! I really wanna M3 GTR (Flossman) or Ericsson style cf hood but can't justify their prices. If I were to ever get one for the M3, I'd have it partially painted. In a previous sports car I had, the vents helped out in the summertime since there was less hesitation & felt stronger due to better heat dissipation. That's 90% why I want one & the other 10% is b/c I think they look good (well, the GTR & Ericsson styles that is).

Agreed, I hate the hood paint job. Completely ruined it and for $96K such a shame. Not sure why they would do that and let the customer pic their own paint scheme.

The did have the wheels in the showroom before the hood arrived. I inquired, but they were not selling the Vorsteiner V-306 wheels by themselves and waiting for them to go on the "Vorsteiner M3".

Here are a few shots of the wheels from the showroom (iPhone pics):

Good lord...

The overall symmetry of that wheel design is way off, and the spoke length/tapering (or lack there of), is horrible. They could have done a lot better job than that IMO. This wheel looks like a preliminary (initial) testing prototype, instead of a finished product. And I'll bet they cost a fortune (4-6k) to boot...

The wheels look like something someone made in shop class.
