Procede question

Is it possible to use pocket computer to adjust Procede if so which operating system is compatible with Procede, what about brands could you give me any suggestions.

I believe any laptop that runs Windows XP runs flawlessly withe Procede User Software.

Most of these are goin for anywhere between $250 to $350 USD

I've contemplated picking one up to replace my bigger laptop that I am currently using.
