I know for sure these are a lot less than Brembo's, and less than Stoptech's. I had AP kit on my E60 few years ago, very nice product, new owner bought it mainly because of the brakes, he said he'd never seen an E60 with AP installed, and he was sick of seeing Brembo's all over.

Curious why JAJ mentioned in his post on the forum that a 10-12mm spacer was needed for the front with stock 18" wheels? Doesn't really apply to my situation but curious nontheless.

I'm not too sure why either. Stillen/AP says they will fit under oem 18" wheels. They do provide a brake fitment template though to make sure if anyone is interested.

We have been told by AP Engineers that the the AP Racing brakes were designed to fit on the OEM 18" wheels.

However, they just learned that the same design 18" OEM wheel has 2 different specs. the 18" built for the run flat tires have different internal design compared to the non-run flat 18" wheels.

The non-runflat wheels seem to clear the AP Racing bbk, but it is the runflat 18" OEM wheel that has spoke clearance issues.

we are continuously getting updates from AP. Will provide more information as we find them out.

Sent you the information.
for all BBK, we highly recommend going with a complete set up of Front and Rear if available.

AP Racing has engineered the product to have the correct amount of brake bias (front to rear) and just going with the fronts may result in diminished effective braking.
