Procede adaptation?

Just changed from Dinan 3 to Procede and i have to say that i am not too impressed. What my but dyno can say is that there is at least 20-30hp less now especially low end torque is missing. Is there some kind of adaptation period for Procede to work properly if not does any body have an idea what could be wrong, i have drive 150 miles now with the Procede.

(edit)
I installed the procede as it arrived: Stage 3 and it is Rev.II CANbus, it arrived a month ago so it is loaded with the latest maps at the time.
My other mods are: ar catted dp:s, injen intake, dinan exhaust, dinan oc, dinan ic, dinan flywheel, rr occ.

What map are you running? Did you make sure its not in valet mode?
Install the user software, and upload the newest maps and firmware.

+1, make sure all the firmware/software are up to date. Even the Procede reader. Then upload the latest map, which is 7-14 I believe.

Do you have the Rev.I or Rev.II?

Do you have any mods besides the tune? If so, make sure you're running the appropriate map!

Enjoy

If it came from us, it should already be preprogrammed. No need to update anything unless u want to update to the latest maps that were posted last week. However, if you asked us to preload the procede so that it runs in valet mode upon start-up, it will do just that. It should be much stronger than your previous tune when. Do u have a boost gauge?

Why not try a lower map? Stage 2 ran slower for me without catless DPs than Stage 1. Stage 3 with catteds might be doing the same for you.

Alright, since it's broke, I'll have to lower my offer to $350.

Now it's really broke. I hereby rescind my prior offers and submit a new offer of $250.

Close the procede reader and open it again. Now try going online with the procede, it should work if you're 100% positive that you've got the right port #.

You will need to set your port to be somewhere between 0 and 10. The reader doesn't recognize it when it's greater than 10.

Another way to make sure that you are not in valet mode is by pressing the "ON" button on your remote keyfob. You should see the CEL flash twice (for map 2). Drive it and see if your Dinan flash is still faster.

That's your problem right there, you shouldn't be running Stage III with default User Torque with Catted DP's

Stage III is Catless

I'd really invest in a boost gauge to troubleshoot... Since you already have dual cones, it will take two minutes (no joke) to install, and you can just run it through the window into the cabin to troubleshoot, then remove it.

it clearly isn't installed or setup correctly. if you can see the maps change through the engine light on the dash that is a good start. apart from that, you need to log in to the unit and set it up.
