If you unlock it too, you can probably get an extra 100 for it.

I've seen them go for 300-350 for a 8gb unlocked 3G.

here are the steps to unlock it

Ultrasn0w for iPhone 3G is ready!

1. Ensure you have upgraded to iPhone OS 3.0
2. Jailbreak your iPhone 3G using redsn0w or PwnageTool (this will also install Cydia/Icy)
3. Run Cydia or Icy
4. Please add the repo repo666.ultrasn0w.com to Cydia or Icy. That last “o” is actually the number zero “0”! If you use the letter “o” you’ll get an error.
5. Search for ‘ultrasn0w’ in cydia or icy and install ultrasn0w
6. Reboot your iPhone 3G
7. T-Mobile USA users should disable 3G before using ultrasn0w
8. Enjoy

Well I have a blackberry (provided by work) that I use during the week, so I really only use the iphone on the weekend. Plus I just pulled the trigger on some new rims, so the extra cash couldn't hurt!

I actually just got rid of my Bold for the 3GS. Can't stand the browser on the BlackBerry. Everything else was great though.

Totally agree, in the end its nice to play in both worlds, but I figured I'll get a lot more use out of my new wheels and tires since I drive 50 miles round trip to work every day, and only use the iphone when I'm hammered on the weekends

hey los. iphones wont work with verizon. verizon use cdma technology. iphones only work with att and tmobile in the states because they use gsm technology. basically verizon does not use sim cards like att and tmobile.

It's in perfect condition, like I said I literally only use it on the weekends here and there. I'll take some pics tonight and post them up tomorrow
