335i Intake?

Hi, I am new to the forum here, just got a 09 335i xdrive, coming from a 02 M3, was on the M3 forum. But anyway i am slightly new to tuning the 335's and i am looking to ordering a JB3 today but was unsure if the dual cone intake is worth the buy and what kind of gains i will get with it. Do intakes void warantee if seen by dealer? Do they have any issues with them. I know comming from the M3 they did not add much performance. Also what kind of gains can i see from a JB3 running 93 octane? Thanks guys!

is the DCI which i can get with the JB3 really that good and give gains to justify purchasing? also do you hear the turbos spool louder, for example when i had a evo xi what i took out the airbox and put on an intake that bolted right to the turbo there was a noticeable difference in hearing the turbo spool

Welcome on board and it seems like DCI is the way to go. You can go with Stett CAI if you like but its kinda of a hassle removing it when bringing your car in for warranty purposes. Good luck with your findings.
