Drove the Ferrari California
I went to a fundraiser last night in Boston and Ferrari of New England was there with 2 Maseratis and the California. I was chatting with the nice salesperson and she offered to let me take a ride.
I only took it around the block, but let me tell you......nothing I've ever driven or even sat in my entire life could ever compare to the experience. The top was down and the exhaust note was simply glorious. The automated manual cracked off shifts and the exhaust popped and crackled with each one. What an experience....

I nearly had to change my boxers. I was giggling like a 6 year old and had to apologize to the salesperson....she must be used to it though I'm sure.

It is a unique car. I agree the sound is AMAZING! The last Ferrari of New England meet, they had one that kept coming and going.

Its kinda a trophy wife car....getting a real bad vibe in the Ferrari world.. and the dep. value is going to be insane.
I Fell in love with the car when it was at the LA auto show ...had a chance to get more upclose with the silver one at fone...i like it but for 220k i think i could get better.....this coming from a kid who dreams about ferraris everynight...is sad |

Ive read some posts over on f chat and its projected in a 24 month period 2-5k miles to be around 91,000-96,000 bucks used. Do i think thats a little insane ..yes....do i doubt it will be that cheap....not at all.
