KW V2 Installed... CLunking Noise??? PLEASE HELP

I need you input guys. As the title says, I installed (at a local wheel & tire shop) my brand new KW V2 coilover kit.

My problem is that ever since I left the shop, I have a continous clunking noise in the rear whenever I go over a bump. Even the slighest road inperfection causes the noise, as if something was loose.

Shop noticed the same thing upon test driving and said it needed a different stop or perhaps it was the wrong kit and that everything was tight. I called KW tech support and they said that it was the correct kit and needed nothing else except the use of some OEM parts (which appeared to be used by the shop).

I will be going back to the shop to have them look over their work once again, but would like to point them in the right direction as they are sure it is not their fault (i.e."correct torque, etc").

Thanks to everyone in advance for your comments, suggestion, & advice

Thanks for the reply. This noise is def. not normal. It sounds like the rear is going to come off, but shop swears it's tight and proper.

I might have to, but have to give them another chance, especially since I paid them for the work. They've actually done work for me in the past and for other local E46 members. They do good work, that's why I was wondering if anyone knew what it might be before going back.

Thanks again!

Thanks million ADHD. I've spent all night looking for a clear pic like that. That might be the problem right there since I think they used the stock part.
