Cheapest place to extend warranty?

I'm going to hit 50k here in a few months, my car is going in for service today... My question to you guys is, do dealerships vary in the $ they charge to extend my warranty up to 100k, and if so does anyone know of the cheapest place to purchase such warranty? thanks
