i have a set budget on where my money goes and when (importance on when) and I haven't even broken it, ever...

but, i can live without a CF hood lol

but I'd like to see if i could at least get it now, and if it looks decent, to use it for 2-4 weeks.. :/

Just stick with your budget and buy it when you can afford to buy the hood, paint it, and install it all at the same time.
