Crown BMW for parts

Recently, I bought the Rear Fog Switch from JD at Crown. Never had any previous experience with them.

Purchase turned out great. JD was able to order the part from Germany and had it shipped out to me very quickly. The packaging was nice and secure.

JD also provided great customer service though email... very responsive.

The price for the part was the best I found online. Check them out at http://parts.crownauto.com

I will be definitely keeping Crown BMW in mind again for future parts and accessories purchases.

I second that...

What was impressive was that upon suddenly receivng multiple-orders for the euro parts, JD suspected forummers were at work and tracked the forum down to the exact thread to post availability updates/answer questions.

Yup, I was told 7-10 days for the part from Germany ... he must've ordered bulk or they shipped overnight ... I got a tracking # in 3 days.

crown was the easiest of the three dealerships (morristown, pacificbmw, crown) that i've dealt with. No reservations. High recommendations.

Thanks JD @ Crown Automotive

Another satisfied customer with JD and Crown Automotive. Crown had the best prices of all the dealerships that I contacted (even after the other dealerships applied a BMWCCA discount). I recently ordered:
Exhaust Tips (part number 18-30-7-549-558)
Wheel Locks (part number 36-13-6-764-057)
Black All Weather Cargo Liner for E91 (part number 82-11-0-410-230)

Most of the dealerships did not have the All Weather Cargo Liner in stock and said that it would be about a month until they got one. I emailed Crown using their online form and within 2 hours JD wrote back to me. He said that he had the exhaust tips and wheel locks in stock, and would special order the cargo liner for me. Within 4 business days, JD shipped out my entire order (includng the special order part) and emailed me regularly throughout the transaction to update me of the ordering/shipping status.

Great prices, great customer service, and very helpful. Thanks JD!

just an fyi...felt hella dumb for few minutes ....the "add to cart" button is in white text in a white background box (invisible ).....just move the mouse cursor around the lower left side of the box...and when the cursor moves on the button you'll be able to see it when highlighted...

anyways..thanks....i got it for $60.11. ...no tax (i guess out of state for me)..

+1.

Staggered BMW OEM 230 19" rims $1624 plus shipping.

Rims arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition.

JD kicks ass.

Highly recommend.
