Ebay auction for a UUC RSC335 exhaust...??

I placed a bid for $500 on this exhaust because I knew it retailed for twice that and expected more bids to come. Well I ended up winning the exhaust for $500. I emailed the seller prior to the auction ending asking why he is selling a new UUC exhaust, no response. I sent him two more emails after the auction ended asking for some pictures of the actual exhaust not pics from UUC's site, no response. I have still not heard from the seller and this makes me skeptical about sending him $500 through paypal. The seller has a good feedback rating which makes me think that if he really does have the exhaust maybe he is hoping I do not send payment so that he can re-list the item and try to sell it for more.. What do you think?

As long as you send the money through PayPal and he's verified you really have nothing to worry about. It takes a few weeks to get your money back in the event you do get ripped for it but if that's cool with you then go for it.

Send the money. Considering its through ebay and paypal, if he screws you, you'll definitely get it back.

Well, I sent the money.. But who knows I might be short $500 dollars for some time if it doesn't go through. And if it does, then I just got a UUC RSC335 for 50% off!

Thats awesome. Dont worry. Ebay owns paypal as well. Usually the money isnt even deposited into the persons account until you leave positive feedback. So itll just be in limbo till something happens and easy to return to you if nothing happens.
