Why is it accessory sometimes remains on and other times does not
I used to get the standard battery representation on the dash after about 1 min with the accessory on but motor not running. But of late, accessory will stay on - this morning for 40mins
This morning the passenger window was down a little far. I had gone around to the pass side to look for something and after deciding I wanted to roll up the window a little, I reached in and pressed the start button to engage acc. I rolled up the window and closed the door and pressed the lock button. After 30+ mins I get a call from a parking lot attendant and they tell me my lights are on. I figured the headlight switch had been reset to something other than auto since I took it in fri morning. I get out to the car and the headlight switch is correct and the radio is still on. The car never went into battery preserve mode. Why?
