Going to M School in September
Any advice or tips from folks who have been? Things I should bring, etc. Do they have someone taking pictures/video or should I bring my own camera? Thanks.

Take lots of pics!!!!!
Also, a full report is required once you're finished!!!!! Congrats, though, it's one of the things I'd really love to do, and I think you'll find most people here jealous you're going.

By the way, I should have mentioned that if anyone wants to go to M School, be sure to join the BMW Car Club first. I got a 20% discount on the school which is way more than the membership fees. Plus BMW CCA members also get a rebate when they buy a new or CPO BMW (I think its $500 but not sure).

Good point!
The rebate is only valid if you're a member for a year before taking delivery. The amount of the rebate is dependent on the model, ie. 1 and 3 series get $500, 7 series gets $1000. The BMW schools in S.C. offer a discount through BMW CCA, as do some other businesses. The real benefit of belonging to the BMW CCA is Roundel, the club's magazine. I'm waiting for my July issue any day now!!

I will be attending the Spring Mountain ZR1 driving school in September and all they suggested was comfortable clothing, flat soled tennis shoes, preferably Piloti driving shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen and a hat.
I would definitely suggest you bring a friend/or wife to take video footage as I don't think most of these schools provide that. Just curious, how many days is this M school?

Good luck. Cutting open cadavers and studying people with terminal diseases isn't my bag, but best of luck to you.

I believe the OP is referring to the M driving school and not medical school.
