easy and quick question?

which oil catch can do you recommend?

Mckinney $130
RissRacing $75

im the type of person that perfers quality over quanity, so i rather pay the extra bucks for it if its worth it. but im pretty sure they both work good. just want to hear from people that actually have either one.

Mckinny. Riss cans have been known to leak oil.

I bought the Riss, and have not installed it yet. Riss sells a hose package for our cars. I purchase that package. I plan to buy the McKinney and use the Riss hose kit with it.

I took the RR CC off of my car. If anyone wants it, I'm happy to sell it (black can w/hoses). I'm going to pursue another oil separator device.

The RR CC does leak oil but that's probably fixable because they basically didn't use any sealant on any threaded fitting. So oil weeps out.

Simply using plumber's paste, moly grease, RTV etc should fix that pretty easily. Their hose kit leaks at the connections too. Plumbers pipe paste I always found works best.

My RR can did catch some oil and it does have steel wool inside. Not particularly difficult to install.
