Tuning returns
I am considering a tune but not sure what I want so I have been concerned with the return policies. I thought both major tuning companies had a no-penalty return, but in looking at the terms and conditions you agree to when purchasing it looks like one of them actually has a 25% restocking fee! Why the change? Also it is a little shady that depending on what page I click the price changes $150... I mean it is either on sale or it is not on sale right?

I'm sure that with either one you decide to buy, you will not return it after you start driving. The difference is amazing! I just installed my Procede and I will never go back. I want more now!

Hi iPhoneHero,
There was a paragraph in the terms you linked, that stated there was a 14 day return window. The line "A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all other returns" is in the next paragraph, but the key word is "other". I have see Shiv post the fact that they support people buying/trying and if you aren't satisfied, then returning it. You will know if you like it or not well before the 14 days are up. Hope that helps, Junk
