A/C Problem

For the last two days the A/C on my E90 LCI just turns on by itself. I turn it off and it just turns back on anywhere from 30 sec to 2 mins later...
Any idea how to fix this?

mind you, this happened this one instance, and only then. never again

Story:

I came into my car, turned her on, and off I went....it was a pleasant day in spring of 09.

I was joyfully riding, when I noticed a subtle blow of cold air. I thought to myself, it is spring, and in the 70s, but nothing too chilly. I looked down and see the A/C ON! I thought to myself, "lol...wut?" -thinking I might have turned it on by accident, and just left the windows down....turned it off.

Few moments later.....it turns on again! I say to myself, wtf?! what's going on???

I turn if off, yet it revolts, back on again!

I must submit to the will of the A/C, I put the windows up, and keep the a/c on at a warmer temperature....

Arriving at my destination, and departing once again, the car no longer has this problem with the A/C......

Until next time.....on.....THE TALE OF THE BAVARIAN A/C GHOST!

That is exactly what happens except it has been like this for 3 days now!!
Luckily I have an appointment for next week for the dumb sticky-brake issues (3rd time going in for that shait....) so hopefully they can fix all this nonsense.
